About Me

For more than two decades, I’ve designed digital products that make complex work feel clear and usable. My background spans SaaS and AI-driven platforms, where expectations are high and “good enough” rarely survives. I care deeply about craft, but even more about clarity, aligning product, engineering, and data to turn messy systems into experiences customers can trust.

I’m comfortable zooming all the way in, refining flows and polishing details, or zooming out to shape vision, build teams, and raise the bar across an organization. Progress is my north star.

Designing AI products before AI was fashionable.
For more than a decade I’ve worked on products powered by machine learning and data—designing systems where AI augments human expertise rather than replacing it.
Great designers understand the entire product lifecycle.
I mentor and teach designers from university through staff level on how to think beyond screens, connecting research, systems thinking, product strategy, and execution.
I specialize in turning ambiguity into products.
Much of my work focuses on 0→1 innovation inside large organizations, where vision, structure, and momentum are needed to turn ideas into real products.
Complex software doesn’t have to feel complex.
My work focuses on structuring information, data, and workflows so professionals can make better decisions faster.
Accessibility is not a feature, it’s a design standard.
I speak and advocate for building products that are usable by everyone, pushing teams to treat accessibility as a core part of product quality.
