For more than two decades, I’ve been designing digital products that (hopefully) make people’s work a little smarter and a lot less painful. I’ve spent most of that time in SaaS, and more recently at the sharp end of AI and data-heavy platforms, where complexity is high, expectations are higher, and “good enough” quietly dies.

I care deeply about craft, but I care even more about clarity. Design, to me, isn’t decoration; it’s alignment. It’s getting product, engineering, and data rowing in the same direction, turning big, messy systems into experiences customers can actually trust. I’m particularly drawn to AI-powered products, where the real challenge isn’t the model, it’s translating intelligence into something usable, reliable, and decisive.

I’m happiest zoomed all the way in—tweaking flows, refining interactions, polishing the last 10%. Usually with music or a podcast in the background. But I also love zooming out, shaping vision, building teams, mentoring designers, and raising the bar on what “great” looks like across an organization.

Progress is my north star. Fast or slow, small or massive, forward is forward.

I love design, my family, the sun, staying healthy… and yes, the occasional completely unnecessary donut.

I own the 0–1 strategy and delivery of our AEO tooling, shaping a new product category with significant revenue potential. I partner closely with product, engineering, data, and GTM leaders to reduce fragmentation, strengthen platform coherence, and ensure marketers can move seamlessly from AI-driven insight to action, all while balancing speed with long-term differentiation.

I partnered closely with ML, data science, and infrastructure teams to capture intent signals, improve model quality, and tailor insights across customer segments.

I also drove the strategy and design of AI-enhanced workflows within composable UI spaces, creating modular, context-aware experiences that integrated seamlessly with the CRM. Along the way, I influenced multi-year roadmap decisions, aligning design system scalability with the maturity of our data pipelines and analytics architecture.

For B2B platforms, I redesigned intent data management tools used by demand generation teams, improving data ingestion, segmentation workflows, and AI signal visualization to make predictive insights clearer and more actionable. At Grabango, I advised on internal ML tooling and customer-facing kiosk experiences for cashierless checkout systems, shaping model feedback loops, real-time anomaly detection workflows, and analytics dashboards that connected machine intelligence to operational decision-making.
